We develop and produce premium content across television, film, digital, audio, and branded entertainment with one mission: to make things people love. Our work spans culture-defining series, groundbreaking documentaries, live events, and platform-shaping formats—all rooted in the belief that great storytelling earns attention, drives impact, and lives everywhere audiences do. Recent projects include the Mind the Game with LeBron James and Steve Nash, The Kardashians (Hulu), Emmy-winning The Shop, Starting 5 (Netflix), Delta’s 100th Anniversary at The Sphere, The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl (Disney), Plastic Surgery Rewind (E! and Peacock), Top Boy (Netflix), Hustle (Netflix), and the LA 2028 Olympics handover ceremony featuring Tom Cruise. Fulwell is the right place if you’re ready to work hard on ambitious, creatively driven projects and want to grow in an environment that’s adapting with the industry—not chasing it. This is a company for people who like to be in it—hands on, sleeves rolled, and all the way engaged. The Fulwell Legal & Business Affairs team spans Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate matters and operates across the full breadth of the company's production, development, and distribution operations. The team has adopted Harvey as its core AI tool, and this role has been created to accelerate and deepen that adoption.
The role holder will identify inefficiencies, develop best-practice workflows, build tools and prompt libraries within Harvey, train team members, and champion AI-driven working practices across the function. - Managing the creation of new tools, workflows, playbooks and prompt libraries within the Harvey system, tailored to the team's specific practice areas

- Developing and maintaining a library of best-practice prompts, templates, and standard operating procedures for Harvey usage within the LBA function.

- Providing ongoing one-to-one and small-group coaching to support team members at varying levels of AI proficiency
- Producing clear, concise guidance materials and user documentation to support continued adoption beyond the fixed-term engagement.
Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Tracking adoption metrics and usage patterns across the team, reporting regularly to the General Counsel on progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Evaluating new Harvey features and updates, assessing their applicability to the team's legal operations, and integrating them into existing workflows where beneficial.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:- A senior paralegal with substantial experience (typically 5 years or more) working within a legal or business affairs function, ideally within the entertainment, media, or creative industries. - A strong critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-informed decisions with imperfect information. Adaptable and open to embracing new tools, strategies, and practices to stay ahead in a constantly changing landscape
- An excellent communicator, with strong written and oral presentation skills, and the ability to engage, build credibility, and engender trust across all levels of an organisation, both internal and external. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to communicate sometimes complex technical and legal information effectively to non-technical audiences
- Highly organised, with keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to workflow design, documentation, and project management
- Experience of designing and delivering training programmes or workshops, whether in legal technology, process improvement, or a related discipline.
