Junior Developer

Molinare Creative Group is hiring a Junior Developer.

Perfect for a motivated tech enthusiast looking to build skills across software development, database management, integrations, and business process automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Developer, you’ll support the development and maintenance of systems that improve operational efficiency and user experience across the company. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the development and maintenance of front-end and back-end systems
Supporting API integrations to streamline workflows and data flow
Helping manage and organise databases for efficient storage and retrieval
Working on system integrations (e.g., scheduling tools, finance systems, payment platforms, media delivery systems)
Contributing to automation projects that reduce manual processes
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in your mindset and willingness to learn than years of experience. Ideal candidates will have:

A strong eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Exposure to version control tools like Git
Basic understanding of APIs and systems integration
Familiarity with front-end and back-end development concepts
Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar)
Interest in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a bonus.
