Hire & Sales Co-ordinator

Salon, the UK's longest established editing equipment rental company are looking for a Hire & Sales Co-ordinator to assist with the day-to-day hire & sales operations.

About the Role

The Hire & Sales Co-ordinator will work alongside the Hire Manager with jobs including:


  • Dealing with customers on a day to day basis in a friendly and time sensitive manner managing hire requests
  • Assisting with scheduling/logistics and keeping management systems updated
  • Assisting with social media channels & websites
  • Processing client sales orders and basic invoicing.


This is a great opportunity for someone starting out or looking to move up from their first role in the industry.


What we expect:

  • No prior experience is required and full training will be given for any candidate keen to learn
  • Excellent communications skills are essential
  • Salon is a friendly family run business, everyone works hard but has fun - and being a team player is essential!


Details

The role will primarily be based at our Central London (Soho) office but with the expectation that you could also work at our NW10 Park Royal offices/warehouse if required from time to time.
