Remote Camera Technician

Alan Wells Camera Services is a leading facilities company specializing in the supply and operation of remote control camera systems.

We are recruiting for a remote camera technician to join our busy equipment hire company.

Full training will be given.

We are now seeking to recruit a candidate interested in working with us, who is driven to learn about robotic camera equipment and gain skills for a future in a fantastic market leading company.

Duties will include:

• Prepping and maintaining robotic camera systems, camera and grip equipment
• Logging hire kit in and out of the building
• Installing equipment on sites such as TV studios, sports stadium and music venues throughout the UK
• Delivering/collecting kit as required
• Helping to organise, maintain and clean equipment
• Working closely with the facilities coordinators and technical manager, ensuring equipment presentation is of highest standard.

Requirements:

Experience: No previous experience is required, full training will be given on the job.

Must be age 23 and above due to the driving age requirements for our vans.

Skills:

• You must be able work closely with our team, be proactive and also be able to take charge and delegate tasks
• You should also be meticulous and detailed in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications:

• Full  UK driving licence age 23 years or above
• Experience of driving larger vans 

Details:

Location: Our office is in Frimley Surrey but the successful candidate would also be required to work out on location Nationwide.
