THE ROLE

The Licensing Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving the consumer products business across selected agent-based markets in EMEA. Working closely with the Director, EMEA Agents, you will manage external agent relationships, support commercial strategy and ensure local market activity is aligned with wider regional objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with agents, licensees, retailers, global partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across markets

  • Track deals through execution and payment, supporting vendor setup, purchase orders, invoicing and direct-cost tracking.
  • Provide clear weekly updates on stakeholder activity, key deliverables and commercial progress across the appointed markets.

THE PERSON

You are a commercially minded international market manager who knows how to take an IP/brand into territories, manage agents/partners, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and grow revenue.

You will have experience within licensing, consumer products, commercial partnerships, retail, brand management or a closely related environment, ideally within the media, entertainment or FMCG sectors.

You will have a strong commercial mindset and experience managing external partners or agents across multiple markets. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and international teams, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across a complex, matrixed organisation.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, forecasts and budgets while maintaining a clear focus on commercial objectives. Experience delivering retail marketing campaigns or product launches from concept through to execution would be highly advantageous.

You will be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, international team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across different cultures and markets.

Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are required. Additional European languages, particularly Polish or Turkish, would be advantageous but are not essential.
