  • Production leadership: Lead Picture Production and Offline Coordination, ensuring effective planning, resource management and project delivery
  • Group collaboration: Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across Molinare Creative Group and develop broader client relationships
  • People and change leadership: Develop and motivate the team, improve ways of working and lead the function through operational and organisational change.

About you

You will bring significant senior experience within Film and Television post-production, with a strong understanding of picture production and the end-to-end post-production process.

You will also have:

  • A proven track record of generating revenue, developing business opportunities and contributing to commercial growth
  • Experience leading production or post-production teams and managing complex workflows and project delivery
  • Strong relationships across the Film and Television industry, including production companies, broadcasters, streamers and studios
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, budgets and project margins
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to lead, develop and motivate teams, manage change and bring people together across different functions
  • Experience across both scripted and unscripted production, offline services and multi-site operations would be advantageous.

If you are a commercially minded production leader who can combine strong client relationships with operational excellence and team development, we would love to hear from you.

We are committed to accessible hiring practices to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates. As part of our dedication to inclusivity, we welcome applicants to inform us if any amendments or accommodations are needed during the interview process to support their application.
